The site is operated by Moveall Australia Pty Ltd, an Adelaide removalist with its office in Wayville, South Australia. In this policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘Moveall’ mean Moveall Australia Pty Ltd.

What the site receives when you browse

You can read every page on this site without giving your name. The site’s own pages set no advertising cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts of their own. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network, and hosted by a web hosting company. Like any website, those systems process technical data about each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. That data is used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and block abuse. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is strictly necessary for security.

Some articles may include a video or other content from another service. When such a page loads, or when you play the content, that service may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

What you send us with the form

The furniture form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the suburbs you are moving from and to, the furniture that is moving, your date and whether you want packing. When you send it, your answers are stored in a private area of this website that only its administrators can open, and emailed to Moveall’s customer care team. The form also records the time it was sent and the address it was sent from, which are used to stop spam.

What happens when you call

The phone number on this site is Moveall’s own number. When you call, you speak to Moveall, and your phone company and Moveall’s phone provider handle the call as they handle any call.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry by phone or email and prepare a quote for your move.
• To arrange, carry out and follow up a move you book with Moveall.
• To keep this website secure and working.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the details you send through this site for advertising. If you book a move, Moveall’s own terms and privacy policy on moveall.co also apply to that booking.

Who else may see it

Your information is handled by Moveall and by the service providers that run this website and its email: the hosting company, Cloudflare and the email delivery service that sends the form to Moveall. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. They process it only to provide their services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you and, if you book, to manage your move and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask for an enquiry to be deleted at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by calling the number on this site or writing to Moveall’s customer care team at customer.care@moveall.co. The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles set out how personal information is handled in Australia; the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) has more information. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, contact us first, and if the matter is not resolved you may contact the OAIC.
